what time is set up & tear down?

Set up is Thursday, February 22nd, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. As we get closer, a time slot will be provided to all vendors for setup/refresh on Friday. You may tear down your booth upon completion of the rodeo Saturday night or Sunday morning. Important details can be found in the application.

what is the expected open time?

You must be at your booth and open by 5:00 PM each night and stay open until the rodeo ends, approximately 9:30pm. Slack will run on Saturday morning, so there will be contestants, their families, and some spectators around all day. You are welcome to be open, but not required to do so

when is application & fee due?

Applications and vendor fees are due on or before January 26, 2024. Booths are on a first come first serve basis, so we strongly advise that applications and fees are paid ASAP. If payment is not received by the due date, your booth will be offered to our waitlist.

space size, fee, insurance, and seller’s permit?

Merchandise vendors are 10x10 for $235 and 10x20 for $340. Food vendors are $340. Electricity is included in your fee. You must submit your seller’s permit and insurance with your application and payment.

what do i need to provide?

You must provide your own tables and anything needed for the completion of your booth, setup, and teardown.

what are my lodging options?

Keefer’s Motel is the host for the rodeo if you need a room for the weekend. Camping is available at the arena for $35 per night.

how many passes do i receive?

You will receive a total of three (3) passes for you and your crew and one (1) parking pass. Please plan on car pooling into the event together.

can space be changed upon arrival?

Spaces will be assigned based upon application date and fee paid, as well as space needed. No adjustments will be made to your space upon arrival.
